Our ever-expanding team consists of a diverse group of individuals (including a couple of fish) who all bring something special to the table and share their expertise with colleagues and clients alike.
We know we're lucky that we’re able to attract talented people from the local area, and that we continue to grow during difficult times - but we truly believe it’s not just luck. We work hard at what we do, and between us we have the necessary skill sets - and more than enough knowledge of the industry - to deliver quality work across a full range of digital, brand and print disciplines.
Take a look through Our Work to see what we can deliver. If you’d like to work with us check out our Join Us page, and if you want to see what our clients say about us visit Testimonials.
We’d love to tell you more about us and find out a little about you. We might find we’re a good match to work together.

After spending too long studying psychology and computer science (a BA and a couple of MScs now append his name), Elliot set up WDL in 2002. He enjoys coding web applications, but spends most of his time on more mundane things these days. He’s passionate about WDL and can be found at the office most evenings and weekends catching up on paperwork. If you're interested in working with WDL, chances are it will be Elliot who you deal with first.

Before joining WDL in March 2011 Daniel had previously studied Audio-Visual Production and Communication and worked in a variety of different, but related roles in management and marketing. Most notably managing the move into showbiz photography at the Press Association. His current incarnation as ‘manager of lots of things’ at WDL allows him to indulge his passion for making sure things are done - and done properly!

Once upon a time, in a faraway land (Portsmouth), Emily graduated in English Language in 1999 - the year made famous by Prince. In her varied career she has since scaled dizzy heights writing and editing web content, designing and creating web imagery and managing projects with design and development agencies. More recently she had children so didn’t work for a bit. She’s back now though…

Matt left university in 2006 with a degree in business management, but always held onto an interest in computers and design. He joined WDL as a junior in November of that year and now heads up our design and front end development departments. With a keen eye for detail, bordering on the obsessive, he makes sure all our web work goes out at the highest quality.

Luke graduated from university in 2010 with a degree in Psychology and joined WDL in 2012. He enjoys using analytics and research to find the best way to market a website. His absolute favourite use of this data is to find the best way of increasing the social media engagement of a website, but he also enjoys using statistics to inform SEO, Link-Building, and PPC campaigns. In his spare time he can normally be seen with his nose in a book at various local cafes.
