Tired of their expensive and dated Magento website, we revitalised their online presence with a new eCommerce website, built on WooCommerce. In preparation for the new website, our design and marketing team created customer personas that identified different types of users, their journeys, expectations and needs. These would be referred to throughout the conceptualising of the interactive wireframe and design. Crafting a fully bespoke eCommerce website, it has been optimised to allow for a seamless user experience with direct signposting, accessible categorisation and a hassle-free checkout process.
