Citipost Mail Industry-leading direct mailing specialists A new, bespoke website to match their professional yet personal business values Friendly & professional, Citipost Mail needed a website that showcases their services while maintaining their brand values Part of the larger Citipost Group, Citipost Mail specialises in smart mail management. Responsible for sorting and delivering 16 million items per week throughout the UK. Our first task when taking on this project was designing a website that was creative yet informative. The website that Citipost Mail had prior to this one felt more like a health and safety pamphlet than a marketing tool. To remedy this, considered the structure and user journey of the website in order to ensure that planned marketing campaigns have a relevant, conversion-focused destination on the website. Following the launch of the new website, we launched new Google Ads PPC campaigns, which instantly delivered results, with enquiries coming in from the very first week.
