A refresh for an established brand

Following steady growth and recent modernisation, Oakpark’s management team felt that the brand needed a refresh in order to accurately represent the business.

Although Oakpark’s identity was very established, it was felt that it needed modernisation and consistent execution. The security solutions that Oakpark provide are technology-led and it was recommended that the brand should be updated in order to reflect this consistently across all media.

Improving recognition, retention and recruitment

Oakpark’s team knew that their current website had become dated and was missing key information relating to their services, so we set to work on a detailed information architecture process to help solve the problem.

The new website involved several elements of bespoke functionality, including an online recruitment system and a homepage carousel to prominently display core services and benefits.

The site was built in WordPress, which allowed for updates and content additions to be made easily by the Oakpark team.

Applications that score points for our clients

Following the re-brand and the launch of their new website, Oakpark’s management team approached us regarding a new requirement for a bespoke business application.

Designed to streamline in-house processes and increase efficiency, the application would also serve to bring Oakpark’s reporting procedures in-line with recognised industry standards – a key factor for them in securing new business.

We scored additional points in our annual SIA (Security Industry Authority) audit because of investment in technology and efficiency of collating and storing key operational information.

It has been so well-received that we are in discussions with several of our customers to roll-out a dedicated mini version of the application on their sites for their security team.

  • A ‘pull down’ menu for each new entry, allowing for speedy form filling, whilst on the move or on mobile devices
  • Store and advanced search for up to 10 years of entries
  • Secured ‘Management Audit’ functionality: Audit entries to be automatically time-stamped and to appear highlighted and in chronological sequence for ease of referencing
