As a golf, spa and hotel retreat located in the heart of Suffolk’s Constable Country, they have a reputation for being one of the best places to step away from it all, whether you’re looking to play a few holes on your own, relax in the spa with a loved one, or even book the wedding day of your dreams.

When we were approached by Stoke by Nayland to design and build a brand new website that incorporated their existing booking facilities, we jumped at the opportunity to create something that met the high-quality aesthetic you would expect from such a luxury establishment. Due to the scale of the project, we very quickly recognised that clearly defined user journeys were going to be the key success.

As a result, the website became a clean and elegant platform with as much relevant information on each landing page as possible, avoiding unnecessary steps in the user journey which could overcomplicate the experience and lead to a high volume of users navigating away from the site.
