Stringers’ World is an online racket sports equipment retailer established in 2007. Having seen continual growth, they have accommodated a relentlessly forward-thinking approach to improving user functionality as well as increasing conversions and brand awareness. They now serve customers worldwide, with partnerships throughout the United Kingdom.
Stringer’s World are a valued ongoing client of WDL, having initially approached us looking to bring their brand image up to date and to provide them with an attractive and functional eCommerce website. A core design strategy was to migrate the website to a more practical system whilst completing a systemic top to bottom redesign, incorporating a cleaner look, professional product imagery and largely visual home page structure. WDL also undertook the design of Email marketing templates, succeeding a previously text-heavy email marketing strategy.
Using extensive pay-per-click advertising, we have been able to concentrate on increasing brand awareness and overall conversion rates, with an average of 30% off all monthly website traffic originating from paid search channels. By putting together monthly campaign reports, amendments can be made to PPC strategies to increase effectiveness.
Google Shopping advertisements are another particularly responsive tool for Stringers’ World, bringing in large portion of ongoing advertising revenue for the business. Across December 2016, Google Shopping brought a monthly ROAS (return on ad spend) of over 1195%.
